Job Descriptions:
- Conducting Telesales via phone or initiate outbound call to solicit sales
- Liaising with customers on sales related matters
- Handling promotions via phone to solicit sales
- Able to meet daily call volume of 200 calls
- Able to achieve daily talk-time target of 5hrs
- To maximized the sales on assigned leads
- Minimum SPM and above
- Telemarketing/sales/call centre experience would be an advantage.
- Highly self-motivated, persistent, and sales-oriented
- Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia
- Able to communicate in any other Chinese dialects
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
