Job Descriptions :
- Plan and manage the entire work progress of construction including preparation of work schedule, procurement of materials and equipment.
- To lead, coordinate and control all workers and sub contractors at site and ensure all works are carried out in accordance to the contract requirements, drawings, specification and project’s time schedule.
- Identify, evaluate and resolve problems at construction sites.
- To take charge of the safety of all materials and equipment at site.
- Conduct meeting with project team on progress of work and schedule the updating of data for all project.
- Follow up on repair work and liaise with maintenance and Purchasing and Assist the Manager in verbal communication and co-ordinate with sub-contractors.
- Follow up with Purchasing Dept on delay of material delivery and report all reject material to Purchasing for onward follow up with vendors.
- Assist in utilizing existing resources on getting the surrounding area clean and tidy.
- Able to read drawing.
- Computer literate, knowledge in AutoCAD software will be an advantage
