Responsibilities :
- Responsible for timely processing of payroll and preparing monthly management reports, relevant documents for submission to relevant government authorities such as EPF, SOCSO, Income Tax etc.
- Responsible for issuance of employment / warning / termination / transfer letters, etc.
- Assist in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures.
- Provide support in compensation and benefits, manpower planning and recruitment.
- Attend to all employees' queries pertaining to human resources.
- Assist in office administration when required.
- Perform other related duties related to Human Resources from time to time.
- Minimum Diploma in Human Resource Management/Business Administration or any related field.
- Minimum 2 years of working experience in similar capacity.
- Experience in salary and admin task.
- Being well-versed with UBS payroll system will be an added advantage.
- Good interpersonal skill and pleasant personality.
- Independent, resourceful and detailed.
- Good time management skills and team player.
- Computer literate, notably Microsoft Office applications.
- Required language(s): Chinese, English.
- Applicants should be Malaysian citizens or hold relevant residence status.
