- Assists in the COOs official and personal matters.

- Overseeing the general office administration.
- Coordinate and schedule appointments, meeting and travel arrangements.
- Attend to internal and external correspondences.
- Maintain a good filing system.
- To assist HR in monitoring staff leaves record.
