To assist the hr/admin executive

Job scopes/work responsibilities:
  1. Reports to the hr/administration executive
  2. Assist hr/admnistration executive in office administration
  3. Assist hr/administration executive in hr activities
  4. Handle all office clerical work including telephone, faxes, documents filing, preparations of letters, documents etc.
  5. Prepare all purchasing, payment, invoicing & delivery documentations
  6. Compile all reports and forms for submission & approval
  7. Maintain stock control and ordering stationeries
  8. Support in organizing all company events
  9. Other job scopes as may defined and assigned by superior from time to time
