To assist the hr/admin executive
Job scopes/work responsibilities:
- Reports to the hr/administration executive
- Assist hr/admnistration executive in office administration
- Assist hr/administration executive in hr activities
- Handle all office clerical work including telephone, faxes, documents filing, preparations of letters, documents etc.
- Prepare all purchasing, payment, invoicing & delivery documentations
- Compile all reports and forms for submission & approval
- Maintain stock control and ordering stationeries
- Support in organizing all company events
- Other job scopes as may defined and assigned by superior from time to time
