IT Infrastructure Support

1 year contract subject to renewal with option to turn into internal staff.

Job description

• Provide on-site technical support for 2500+ Window clients & attached peripherals
  
• Provide on-site technical support to end-users on Windows client related issues
• Formulate strategies to promote Operational Excellence while maintaining cost
• Involved in projects to promote Operational Excellence
  

Requirements

• Must possess Degree in Computing, Information Technology or related field
  
• Fresh graduate is encourage to apply
  
• Hands on knowledge on following technologies would be beneficial :-
  - Windows 2000 / XP / Vista

- Active Directory & Group Policy

- Avery Barcode Printer, Thin Clients

• Must be familiar with Microsoft Office applications and able to coach others
  
• Able to speak fluently in English and communicate effective in writing
• Possess a strong drive to succeed and able to be a positive example for others
  
• Experience in participate in IT infrastructure projects is beneficial
