Job Description:
  1. To manage the standard Tenancy Agreement and administration systems, working liaison with Leasing Executive(s) as requested.
  2. To ensure that all enquires and complaints pertaining to the Tenancy are extended to or channeled to the relevant department for immediate actions.
  3. To maintain a proper and updated records on all new and renewal tenancy via preparation of Tenancy Control Listing.
  4. To ensure that all matters relating to tenancy renewals documentation and administration are completed on time and to effectively monitor/ follow up on payments towards deposits/claims/billings, etc so that they are received within stipulated time.
  5. To maintain effective liaison and coordinate with external solicitors, tenants, Maintenance/Operation department, Car Park Operator, in all related matters pertaining to the Tenancy.
  6. To work closely with Account Department on billing, collections and other matters that related to the Tenancy agreement.
  7. To ensure rental collections is up-to-date and at a commercially acceptable level, and submit periodical status reports and ageing report to Tenancy & Leasing Administration Manager, Account Manager and Director in charge.
  8. To send Reminder Letter to the tenant that have outstanding rental and follow by Letter of Demand and co-ordinate with appointed solicitor for legal action.
  9. To train, manage, instruct, direct and advise your Executives appointed for subject property; and to ensure that their performed efficiently and effectively so as to enhance productivity and quality services.
