1. Overall management and daily operations, including revenue and expenditure administration, leasing, marketing and promotion, upkeep/maintenance and management of service contracts, security, health & safety and car park. Fully responsible for maintaining high standard of service delivery and efficient management, operation and administration in respect of the Complex.
2. Responsible for planning, formulation, coordination and implementation of Company’s policies in various aspects of Retail/Office complex management as well as property management and when so directed, for other Retail Complexes/properties within the Group generally.
3. In order to implement functions under (1) and (2) above, responsible for planning the day-to-day operations in areas of leasing, marketing & promotion (including advertising & promotion activities), security, health & safety, car-park, upkeep/maintenance as well as periodical inspection of the Complex, in order to ensure that the Complex is able to, at all times, sustain its market share and positioning in addition to maintaining a good image with existing tenants and customers.
4. To draw up/identify marketing and business plans for the Complex, e.g. to improve visitation by customers, to improve merchandise mix and tenant mix, executing proactive advertising & promotion activities, etc..
5. To advise management on current and future retail trends, including new concepts and quality tenants. To be innovative in leasing and marketing strategies/practises to successfully build tenants’ loyalty while ensuring a good/effective merchandise mix.
