Call Center Coordinator (Part time basis)
(1 vacancy only)US-based non profit cancer organization, with the mission of improving the lives of leukaemia patients worldwide, seeks Kuala Lumpur / Selangor – based call center coordinator.
Two part time positions are available – morning and evening.
This call center coordinator will call patients/caregivers on scheduled time, input and maintain data in a computer system. Verbal and written fluency in English, Malay and Mandarin is required. Computer & internet literate and good communication skills are required. Nursing/counseling background preferred.
