Responsibilities :
- Manage, organize schedule & maintain information efficiently
- Manage schedules, coordinate activities and priorities appointments
- Handle phone calls, emails, and faxes.
- To process and to conduct accurate filing of invoices, DO, payment vouchers, and other documents.
- Provide help and services needed by CEO/ MD
Requirements :
- Candidate must possess at least a Primary/Secondary School/SPM/"O" Level in any field or Diploma/ Degree/ certificates, related to marketing.
- Fluent in spoken and written English, Mandarin.
- Able to take challenge and work hard.
- Sensitive to fashions, knowing what are the new fashions in the market.
- Presentable look and knowing how to dress up.
- Able to perform in front of cameras.
- Good in Microsoft Office, Microsoft Excel.
- Possess excellent organizational skills to manage busy schedules, establish office system and work accurately and consistently with high standards
- Ready to learn & take on important responsibilities & anticipate needs
- Work well under minimum supervision & time constraints
- Self-start, energetic, creative thinker, problem solver, dependable, punctual, open minded, flexible & driven.
- Sincere, honest, humble, willing to sacrifice, young & energetic and always open mind to new ideas and thinking.
- Preferably to have experience in modeling.
