Responsibilities:
- Plan appropriate customer relationship strategies to identify new sales opportunities within the given markets in order to achieve targeted business volume and to build strong relationship with customers.
- Manage and lead the sales team in achieving the pre-determined quarterly and yearly sales targets.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a similar position.
- Self-motivated, positive attitude and results-oriented.
- Excellent inter-personal, relationship management and time management skills.
- Good closing skills, innovative and display perseverance & sense of urgency to get job done.
- Mature, self-motivated, result-driven, customer oriented and strong leadership qualities.
- Candidates with experience in managing a beauty centre will be first considered
