Responsibilities :
- Be in-charged the building maintenance of 4 story building.
- To attend to any maintenance activities in the building
- To liaise with suppliers when necessary.
- Assist the Admin Manager in daily activities.
- Perform building check & report writing.
- Typing and filing, when necessary
Requirements :
- Candidate must possess a Diploma/Degree or SPM with A4 Chargement Ceficiates.
- Minimum 3-5 years working experience
- Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Computer literate
- Possess a positive attitude with good interpersonal and communication skills
- Self-motivated and with a high level of integrity.
