Requirements :
- STPM/Diploma holder from any discipline with at least 3-5 years of relevant experience in furniture/bedding manufacturing.
- Responsible to manage production staffs to ensure effective & efficient utilization of personnel, plant facilities, materials, and machine resources for the attainment of production requirements of the company;
- Ensure that the production process, quality standard and product specifications of the raw materials/components and finished goods satisfy sales & marketing requirements & comply with the process/documentation operation instructions;
- Manage all personnel in certain section of the Production Department;
- Responsible to follow up closely with the production progress & solve problems of quality control nature.
