Credit Control Executive

Job Description :

• To do credit analysis
• To follow up on outstanding payments
• To do credit collection through phone and email
• To handle a portfolio of customers to ensure payments are made according to credit terms and to meet target set by the credit control department
• To solve problem effectively based on empowerment and tools available

Job Requirements :

• Preferably with an IT background - knowing IT products
• Minimum with 1 year experience in credit control
• Able to speak and write good English, BM and Chinese (spoken)
• Proficient in computer usage and Microsoft Excel
• To be based at PJ
• Good company benefits
• Able to work under Australia public holidays and from 7am-4pm
