Requirements:
  • Degree qualified in HR or equivalent discipline.
  • In depth knowledge of the full spectrum of HR activity with at least 5 years of commercial experience.
  • Good network of HR/Training/Business Contacts.
  • Excellent legislative knowledge regarding Employment Law and precedents, in each country of operation.
  • Knowledge of HR Best Practice interventions.
  • Plan, develop & execute Human Resources strategies in line with the Regional HR Strategies for South Asia including Singapore, Malaysia (Kuala Lumpur) and India.
  • Ensure the most effective use of human resources to achieve the company’s profitability & business objectives;
  • Provide a quality Human Resource Consulting service to Line Managers and employees. Pro-actively create and maintain awareness of both the Human Resources role/function, and best practice HR in general;
  • Be responsible for the deployment of human resources skills to client managers where appropriate. Key accountabilities include ER, HR Consultancy, HR/Business Planning/Metrics, Organization Design & Development, Performance Management, Recruitment & Selection, Remuneration Management, Training & Development and Special projects as assigned.
