Job Requirement :

  1. Candidate must possess at least a SPM or diploma in any field.
  2. Minimum one (1) year working experience.
  3. Knowledge in handling Microsoft Office.
  4. Good telephone etiquette and strong communication skills and customer service oriented.
  5. Willing to work long hours if necessary or required.
  6. Candidate must be willing to work in Damansara area.

Job Description :

  1. Daily general clerical and administrative support such as preparing office correspondence, photocopying, faxing, filing, mailing and etc.
  2. Answering phone calls and transfer calls to appropriate staffs.
  3. Monitor office stationery and season parking for company staffs.
  4. Responsible for office maintenance and utilities such as coordinate with building management for office maintenance, office cleaner or etc.
  5. Arranging for courier service for shipment or document for pick up and receiving.
  6. Set up or arranging for meeting room for any internal or external function or meeting.
  7. Assist in handling for ISO documentation.
  8. Matching supplier invoices with purchase order.
  9. Any other duties assigned by the superior or any other management from time to time.
