Requirements:

Must be IT Degree holder graduated in year 2007 - 2009

1. Posses good communication skill in English and Bahasa Malaysia
2. Interview will be arranged with AMD while you are in training.

Successful candidate will undergo:-2 months training in KL and 3 months on job training at AMD (total 5 months)

1. Industrial placement will provide to you with the necessary practical experience to be proficient at the job that you will be placed at. (course: business writing skills, presentation skills, problem solving & negotiation skills, ITILV3 foundation course, communication English and contact centre management)
2. Fix allowance of RM1000/- monthly will be provided.
3. Classroom training will start on 19th Nov 2009
