• Degree in Commerce/Finance/Accountancy or its equivalent.
• Min. 5 years of relevant working experience.
• Working experience/exposure as customer service representative in banking sector an added advantage.
• Task and result oriented with ability to lead and motivate staff.
• Good communication, analytical decision making skills are necessary.
• Assist Management in developing Business Plan;
• Work with all unit heads in implementing business plan to achieve operational and financial results and ensure its competitiveness;
• Understand policies, standard and procedures of the group and systematically implement across all units;
• Review operational result and work with all unit heads in correcting weaknesses in order to achieve operational result.
